Is an enquiry already a booking?
No. An enquiry starts the conversation about dates, availability and your personalised quotation. It does not reserve a place or take payment online. Review the itinerary and booking terms before confirming.
Why are there two prices for the same safari?
The headline price includes the stated entrance-fee provision. The second price excludes those fees for transparency. Both are per person: do not add them together. Statutory fees can change; the final quotation confirms the applicable amount.
What do Classic and Comfort mean?
They are accommodation options, not different levels of care. The exact lodge or camp, room type and meal plan are confirmed in your quotation. Availability and room arrangements may affect your offer.
Can I join on my own or travel on other dates?
Solo travellers can enquire about joining a scheduled group. Group safari and Nairobi prices are based on at least four paying guests; a calendar date alone does not guarantee departure. If the dates do not suit you, ask about a tailored itinerary. Solo room arrangements and any supplement are confirmed in your quote.
Can I add a beach stay and coastal excursions?
Yes—ask about Diani, Watamu, Kilifi or Lamu. The monthly ideas are inspiration, not extra scheduled departures or included services. Hotel bookings and excursions are on request. The named Kenya Safari & Watamu Beach Escape already describes a coast itinerary; its final quotation specifies the included experiences.
Are flights, insurance and every activity included?
Do not assume so. Optional activities not expressly included are additional. For the Kenya Safari & Watamu Beach Escape, international flights, insurance, tips and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly quoted. Ask us to itemise inclusions and exclusions for your chosen journey.
Which price applies to me, and can I change currency?
Use the applicable guest category: Kenya Resident, Non-Resident or East African Citizen where shown. We confirm eligibility when quoting. Currency selection only changes the display, not your guest category or original tariff. Converted figures are indicative; the quotation confirms the payable currency and amount.
Are wildlife sightings and excursions guaranteed?
No. Wildlife movements, migration crossings and weather-dependent activities cannot be guaranteed. The Elephant Orphanage requires advance reservation and confirmed visiting arrangements. We confirm availability and the proposed itinerary with you.
